Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Personal Training is designed to make your workouts fun and motivating all while being cost effective. Personal attention, camaraderie, and a competitive edge are only some of the advantages of semi-private training. You can work out with your friends, family, or join one of our already existing Semi-Private Training Groups. Either way you will be surrounded by supportive people with similar goals who will help motivate and keep you accountable.

Group Fitness Classes

Studio Fitness Group Classes offer an economic, fun and fast workout. So, if you want a no frills, but lots of thrills approach to fitness in an energized group setting, this is the perfect program for you! Each workout will be completely different with fun variations. You will gain the special attention from a professional to help you focus on the technical execution of the exercises being performed, while being encouraged to reach the results you are working towards.
