Shane Simmons

Owner and Trainer

Shane Simmons played football at Western Washington University, and graduated with a bachelors degree in Health and Fitness. After graduation Shane played for the NFL and was signed with the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks. After his football career, Shane became certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and International Youth Fitness Association. 

Shane’s personalized training style is derived from years of playing football. He learned how to create workouts that achieved goals while also kept it fun and motivating. 

He is passionate about working with a diverse amount of clients from young to old, beginner to athlete. Through health and fitness, Shane is there to help you reach your goals!

Darcy Bedker

Trainer/ Nutritional Specialis

Darcy Bedker is a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience. She became passionate about fitness after giving birth to her fourth child and struggling with reclaiming her body. In her own fitness journey she met many women with the same struggle, and it inspired her to use her experience to help others. Knowing someone cares, having a someone to be accountable to, and an essential teammate makes such a difference in creating results.

 Diet and nutrition is a huge factor in reaching goals and overall health. That is why, Darcy creates personalized meal plans individualized for her clients. She loves helping people get stronger, healthier, and ultimately getting their confidence back and becoming better versions of themselves. She looks forward to being your teammate!

Kelly Selzler

Trainer

Kelly has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelors in Athletic Training. She is both certified as an athletic trainer and personal trainer. 

Kelly specializes in working with older adults, those dealing with pain/injury, and clients who are pre/post surgery. She enjoys gardening and has a passion for nature/landscape photography. She also relentlessly climbs mountains and is currently working on summiting the top 100 peaks in WA (the WA Bulger List).

Keane Hansen

Trainer / Director of Group Fitness

Keane Hansen began as a personal trainer at Studio Fitness February of 2012. Keane was born and raised in Puyallup, Washington, and graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Health and Fitness Education. Keane is the Group Fitness Director and designs, schedules, and runs the majority of the classes here at Studio Fitness, as well as working one on one with clients. 

In addition to training at Studio Fitness, Keane is also an Fitness Teacher and Football coach for Steilacoom district. Keane has a passion for health and fitness and truly believes anybody can do anything they put their mind to. He radiates with enthusiasm and will guarantee to give you a workout that focuses on exemplary form and reaching your goals.

Andi Gonzalez

Trainer

Andi  has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Studio Fitness since March of 2015. She graduated from Central Washington with a degree in Exercise Science and is an ACE Certified Personal trainer. She is a mother of two, who understands making time for yourself is a priority to being a great mom, wife, and healthy individual. 

She is a firm believer that exercise is medicine; with a clean well-balanced diet and daily physical activity, she is confident that anyone can achieve any of their wellness aspirations. She has helped her clients recover from health issues and injuries. Taking pride in rebuilding their fitness fundamentals to keep her clients physically active and mentally stronger throughout recovery. Andi loves her career as a personal trainer and finds that her clients fuel her passion to keep giving them the results and reliance that she knows they can achieve, one day at a time!
