Email us to set up a private lesson. We will discuss your goals, any limitations you have, and create a fitness and nutritional plan to reach those goals. Before physically coming into class, you will receive a confirmation email with important information on what to wear, and what to expect.  We will also answer any questions you may have via email before class.

No way! It’s our job and responsibility to make sure that each individual is comfortable with the movements. Modifications are always provided and encouraged. We pride ourselves in the fact that we have all fitness levels at our gym. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace. No one is too slow, too big, too small or too old to workout with us! We are just proud of you for being there.

We require all private/semi-private sessions to be booked ahead of time. You can do so by emailing us or coordinating with your personalized instructor at your last session. For group classes, we welcome walk ins! 

Our sessions are completely tailored to your current fitness level and goals. We are all about finding innovative ways to strengthen and condition our bodies. Every session we will provide an original workout designed specifically with your goals in mind. 

We specialize in full body endurance strength workouts. We use weights, body weight, and cardio elements to get results. Our trainers constantly monitor and correct form while on the floor. 

Yes! We specialize in one-one training, or semi-private training. Have a friend or partner who wants to get in shape with you? Split the cost and come in together! Our trainers are apt at creating diverse and effective workouts with multiple students to ensure you both hit your goals.

Yes! We can coordinate a session with up to 10 people. Working out together is a great group bonding experience. 

Yes, if your doctor clears you for physical activity. Our coaches will make sure they modify the workout to fit your needs.

You have to be a minimum of 15 years old to participate at Studio Fitness.
 

We have a wide variety of membership options at Studio Fitness. Including unlimited group classes, to private/semi-private session packages. Please see our pricing page for more information

Before joining Studio Fitness, we recommend you ask your personal physician if exercises is a safe option for your pregnancy. If your physician clears you for exercise, you can absolutely workout Studio Fitness! Our trainers will create modified workouts to keep you strong and healthy!

Yes! We love beginners. Whether you’re active, or have never worked out a day in your life, Studio Fitness is the right place for you!

YES! Entered or hoping to enter in a competition or marathon? Or maybe you’re about to get married and want to look great for the big day. Come on in. We will create a personalized plan and steps to get you on ready.

Simple! Send an email to studiofitness@personaltrainingnw.com. Packages cannot be refunded, however they do not expire and are on your account for when you’re ready to rejoin!
